Haven't been shooting much in the last year. Been helping friends with wedding photography since that actually puts money in my pocket. Anyhow, gonna try to ramp it up with some new stuff this year...

tamari burgers
1 lb extra-lean ground beef (wait for it to go on sale it's worth it)
2 tsp tamari
1/4 tsp garlic powdah
1/4 tsp black pepper
form into burgers 1/2 hour before cooking.
chicken burgers
1 lb medium ground beef
1 tbsp chicken stock powder
1 small onion ground fine
form into thin patties just before cooking
shrimp burgers
1 lb extra lean ground beeef
1/4 giant (21-30) shrimp, tail on, raw
sea salt
form burgers into patties with two shrimp in the middle (parallel).
